Probably the best way to navigate these deals is through an experienced travel agent, one who specializes in booking cruise vacations is preferred. Although the deals are fantastic, keep in mind that with last-minute deals, you really can’t bank on getting the cruise that you want. However, some would say, a cruise is a cruise, and if it is available, and just right for your schedule, and a really great deal, you can make a great vacation out of that.
Another option you have is to book your cruise during the off-season. This is in April to early May or in November to December. You can find peak discount rates of around 40 to 50% off during this time. However, there is a reason this is the off-season and you need to be aware this. The off-season usually coincides with the wet season, so you possibly will encounter a little bit of rain.
